M365 Community of Practice Continues to Grow

A special thank you to Carolyn Hartman, RIMPA Global Ambassador, for leading this Community of Practice, and to Kylie Welch for sharing her expertise and practical insights into Microsoft 365 with our community. Members also heard updates from two of our working groups, who have been developing valuable resources to support the community, including:

• Governance approaches and tools to help manage Microsoft 365 sprawl
• Using Microsoft Forms to drive consistency and improve outcomes
• The skills and capabilities needed to effectively support Microsoft 365 in today's workplace

These sessions continue to highlight the strength of our community, with members generously sharing their knowledge, experiences and practical ideas to help one another navigate the evolving Microsoft 365 landscape.
