We are excited to share that RIMPA’s Managing Information Legislation Australia (MILA) tool will now be known as SmartRetention, with a refreshed approach designed to make trusted retention and compliance guidance more accessible to organisations of all sizes.

💲 Simplified and more affordable pricing
SmartRetention now offers a simplified pricing structure, starting from $300 +GST Annually for a single user, making professional-grade retention guidance more accessible than ever.
SmartRetention Subscriptions are separate from RIMPA Global membership, you do not need to be member to access SmartRetention.
Improved design and user experience
SmartRetention will have a refreshed interface and improved navigation, making it easier to find and apply retention and compliance information in both operational and executive contexts.
Introduction of Guest Licensing Model
We are introducing a guest licensing model, whereby a host organisation purchases a SmartRetention subscription inclusive of a defined number of guest licences. These licences may be offered either on a cost-recovery basis or at no cost as a member or participant benefit.
Licensing will operate on a concurrent user basis, allowing access by a number of users equal to the licences purchased at any one time.
Monthly legislative updates
To ensure guidance remains current and reliable, SmartRetention is now updated monthly, providing more timely legislative changes and professional interpretations across all included legislation.
