Day Two: RIMPA at ARMA InfoCon2023 - Bridging Insights, Innovation, and Information Governance

As you read this, the ARMA InfoCon2023 Day 2 conference is drawing to a close. The sessions have been brimming with information, covering a wide range of topics such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Data Privacy, eDiscovery, and Information Governance.

One of the standout moments of the conference was the opening keynote presentation by Jeff Lanza, an FBI Special Agent with two decades of experience in investigating cybercrime, organised crime, human trafficking, and terrorism. He shared invaluable communication skills honed during his impressive career.

The conference kicked off on Tuesday morning with a Keynote Panel discussion titled "Generative AI and Information Governance: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly." Definitely a worthwhile discussion surrounding the popular applications like ChatGTP, Microsoft Co-Pilot and Google Bard.
