RIMPA Live 2025 in Melbourne

Tuesday

Delegates stepped stepped into a world of whimsy and wonder at the Mad Hatter’s Garden Soiree Welcome Reception sponsored by EzeScan at Greenfields – the official opening of RIMPA Live 2025 where delegates reconnected and networked in style on Tuesday evening.

 

 

 

Wednesday

Thanks to Iron Mountain, delegates were treated to a keynote presentation by Adam Spencer kicked off the convention with an energetic dive into “How the AI GPT Revolution is Changing Work and Business Forever”, breaking down complex technologies with humour and clarity.

Exhibitors had one minute to 'pitch' to delegates in the Pitch Perfect Showdown.

Across the Plenary, Carnegie Hall and Trade Arena stages, delegates immersed themselves in thought-provoking discussions and dynamic presentations covering the latest trends in AI, information governance, data management, digital transformation, and leadership.

The Trade Exhibition buzzed with innovation as exhibitors showcased future-focused technologies, products and services shaping the next era of records and information management.

 

 

 

The Diamond Ball - A Night of Shining Stars

The celebrations reached their peak at the Diamond Ball, proudly sponsored by Exedee. Guests glammed up for a dazzling evening featuring status upgrades, the Hackathon winner announcement, and the Company Achievement Award presentations.

From a visit by Marilyn Monroe, to magic tricks by Marmalade the Magician, a blue carpet entrance, and the spectacular Glambot capturing every twirl, the evening was filled with glamour, dancing, laughter and celebration of our profession’s brightest talents.

 

 

 

Thursday

We wrapped up RIMPA Live 2025 in unforgettable style on Thursday. Delegates explored more cutting-edge topics including AI, digital transformation, privacy, leadership, and information governance across the final sessions of the two-day program.

We hosted he RIMPA Global Graduation Ceremony. The day continued to entertain with an inspiring fireside chat between RIMPA Global CEO Anne Cornish and AFL leader Laura Kane, offering candid reflections on leadership and resilience. We then wrapped up with a powerful Grande Finale Keynote by Tracey Spicer AM on How to Beat AI Bias, sponsored by Iron Mountain, challenging attendees to think critically about bias and accountability in AI.
