RIMPA Live 2026 Celebrates Three Incredible Days in Sydney
What an incredible three days! The 41st RIMPA Live Convention 2026 has officially wrapped up, bringing together records, information and data professionals from across Australia and beyond for an unforgettable celebration of learning, innovation and connection.
RIMPA Live 2026 delivered an action-packed program of inspiring presentations, thought-provoking discussions, innovative solutions and valuable networking opportunities, all under this year's theme, AI in Information.
From emerging technologies and AI to information governance, digital transformation and the evolving role of R&IM professionals, the convention explored the opportunities and challenges shaping the future of our industry.
Inspiring Ideas and Industry Insights
This year's program featured an outstanding line-up of speakers who shared their expertise, experiences and forward-thinking perspectives.
A highlight was our opening keynote, Dominic Thurbon, sponsored by Iron Mountain, who explored the relationship between data, AI, people and the new information advantage. The convention also featured an inspiring grand finale from Lindsey Leigh Pearson, leaving delegates with fresh perspectives and plenty to reflect on.
Across the three days, delegates engaged in meaningful conversations, discovered practical strategies and explored new ways to strengthen information governance and demonstrate the value of records and information management within their organisations.
Our exhibition was another highlight, with exhibitors showcasing innovative technologies, products and services helping organisations navigate an increasingly complex information landscape mixed with a bit of fun!
Celebrating Our Community
Of course, RIMPA Live is about more than just professional development. It's also about the people who make our industry so special!
Our Welcome Reception, sponsored by EzeScan, brought a touch of Hollywood glamour to Sydney with A Night at the Movies, as delegates dressed as their favourite film and television characters for an evening of fun, laughter and networking with spectacular views of the Sydney skyline.
The celebrations continued at our spectacular Diamond Ball, sponsored by Exedee with ZircoDATA. With its Regal Masquerade theme, the evening provided a glamorous setting for our prestigious Company Outstanding Achievement awards ceremony, recognising outstanding achievements, innovation and excellence across the profession.
These events were a wonderful reminder of the strong connections, friendships and shared passion that make the RIMPA community so unique.
