Harry Haxton Certificate IV in Business (Records & Information Management) Scholarship - Jessica Porter

Congratulations to Jessica Porter, who brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to growth. With nearly 19 years in banking, including eight years as a Branch Manager and Lending Officer at Horizon Bank, she has developed a strong foundation in leadership, compliance, and operations.

In October 2024, she transitioned into local government as a Records Administrator at Bega Valley Shire Council, where she now oversees key information management functions, including Records Management Exercise (RME) submissions, organisational training, and team leadership.

Jessica is looking forward to building her expertise in records and information management and strengthening practices within her organisation through completion of the Certificate IV.

Congratulations to Laura Collins, a corporate governance professional with over 15 years’ experience across the not-for-profit, higher education, and public sectors.

Laura brings deep expertise in privacy, compliance, risk management, and policy development, with a strong understanding of the complexities surrounding records and information management in highly regulated environments. She is particularly passionate about information governance, privacy, and data management, and is keen to explore the opportunities and implications of AI through a privacy-focused lens.
