Adelle Ford is a highly respected information and records management consultant and Director of Recordkeeping Innovation Consulting, with over 20 years of experience helping Australian public and private sector organisations meet complex regulatory requirements through strong information governance, digital preservation and compliant recordkeeping.

Elected Director, RIMPA Global Board
Matt has had a storied career in Information Management. From the first records manager employed by Archives New Zealand to the CITO of the central agencies including the NZ Treasury and Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet as well as a local government Chief Executive. Matt has lectured at Auckland University of Technology and has been a guest lecturer at Victoria University of Wellington.
Complimenting his long public sector career he has consulted to organisations in New Zealand, Australia and the Pacific Islands. Matt has been a previous member of Te Rua Wānanga New Zealand Archives Council and is a RIMPA Fellow and Global Board member. Matt has been previously recognised for his contributions to information management being a recipient of the Dianne Macaskill Award - Outstanding Individual RIMPA New Zealand Branch Excellence Awards in 2020 and in 2024 being awarded the RIMPA Global Neil Granland International Convention Scholarship.
Matt is well known for his thought provoking strategic insights having presented at over 50 conferences and events in New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States.

Records Manager, The University of Sydney
An Archivist by background, May is very passionate about information management and recordkeeping. She has over 30 years of working experiencing crossing local, State, and Federal governments as well as Higher Education and Private sectors. May is also a member of Standards Australia IT021 Committee, actively contributing to the drafting of various the Australian and international standards.
