Diversity & Inclusion at RIMPA Live Convention 2026
In preparation for RIMPA Live 2026, we are introducing practical initiatives to support attendees with different accessibility and sensory needs.
Initiative 1: Quiet Space
Attendees with a non-visible disability may choose to wear a Hidden Disabilities Sunflower pin as a discreet way of indicating that they may need additional understanding, assistance or time. Pins can be purchased through the official Hidden Disabilities Sunflower website.

Initiative 2: Quiet Space
A dedicated quiet zone will be available for anyone needing a quieter environment or a moment away from the main event. Please visit the registration desk for information about its location.
A little kindness makes a big difference
If you see someone wearing a Sunflower Pin Badge or Wristband, please remember that not every disability is visible.
Be patient, respectful and considerate. If someone indicates they need support, ask how you can help rather than making assumptions. Above all, respect their privacy and choices.
