The convention will be held at Royal Randwick Racecourse, one of Sydney’s most renowned venues. While rich in history and atmosphere, it’s important to note that the racecourse is not an accommodation venue, so delegates will need to stay nearby.

Meriton Suites Zetland is ideally located just approximately 5 minutes by car (around 3 km) from Royal Randwick Racecourse, making it a highly convenient choice for convention attendees.
There are several easy transport options available:
- Taxi or Rideshare: The quickest and most convenient option, with a short 5-10 minute journey depending on traffic.
- Public Transport: Regular bus services run from Zetland towards Randwick, offering a simple and affordable way to reach the venue.
- Light Rail: The Sydney Light Rail (L2 Randwick Line) operates daily from approximately 5:00am to 1:00am, with frequent services running every 4-10 minutes during the day and every 10-15 minutes in the early morning and late evening, making it a convenient and reliable option for travelling to and from the venue.
- Driving: If you have a car, the route to the racecourse is direct and straightforward. Free parking on site.
- Walking/active travel: For those who enjoy a walk, it’s possible (approximately 35-40 minutes)

The RIMPA Live Convention 2026 will be held within the Queen Elizabeth II Grandstand, with key locations as follows:
- Registration Desk: Enter via the Northern Drum
- Exhibition Area: Located in the Kensington Room
- Convention Sessions: Held in the Grand Ballroom (Level 1)
Car Parking at Royal Randwick Racecourse
For attendees travelling by car, convenient on-site parking is available at the venue.
General Admission Parking:
- Free parking is available in the infield car park
- Entry is via High Street, opposite the University of New South Wales
- The infield car park is accessed through a tunnel with a height clearance of 3.1 metres
