For attendees travelling by car, convenient on-site parking is available at the venue.

General Admission Parking:

• Free parking is available in the infield car park
• Entry is via High Street, opposite the University of New South Wales
• The infield car park is accessed through a tunnel with a height clearance of 3.1 metres

What is the refund policy?

As per our terms and conditions, all cancellations must be notified in writing to the RIMPA Live Convention Manager: [email protected]

• Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the event will be charged 25% of the registration fee to cover Administration.
• Cancellations less than 30 days prior to the event will be charged 50% of the registration fee to cover Administration
• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the event will be charged 75% of the registration fee to cover Administration

RIMPA Live full convention delegate registration includes:

• Thursday, 22 October 2026: Morning Tea & Lunch

Let us know at the time of registration if you have any medical dietary requirements. We work very closely with the properties on these details so communicate clearly and early of anything we should be aware of. If you forget to register your dietary needs during the registration process, you must advise the RIMPA Global team a minimum of 14 days prior to the convention for these to be accommodated and available for you.

Please note that you may be charged an additional fee for out of the box dietary requests. With most venues now offering three options vegetarian, vegan and gluten free only.

Professional members who register to attend RIMPA Live convention receive 24 CPD points towards their CPD point requirement of 60 points.

We have got you covered - there will be free Wi-Fi available throughout the convention rooms during the event period. WIFI code will be provided and displayed at the convention venue.

Dress in layers for fluctuating temperatures, opting for light jackets or sweaters in the mornings and evenings, and lighter clothing during the day. Be prepared for varying room temperatures at the convention and bring an additional layer for comfort.

From old Hollywood classics to iconic villains, superheroes and beloved TV legends - bring your character to life! There will be a fabulous prize for the best dressed of the night, so don’t hold back - bring the drama, the glamour, and the fun. • The Diamond Ball: Black Tie with a Masquerade Flourish - Ladies are invited to embrace timeless elegance in floor-length gowns or sophisticated cocktail dresses, paired with a striking Venetian-inspired mask to add an air of mystery and glamour. Gentlemen are encouraged to wear a classic tuxedo or black suit with a bow tie or tie, complemented by a refined masquerade mask. This is your chance to indulge in the opulence of a Venetian Masquerade Ball, so embrace the glamour, elegance and intrigue of the evening. The more polished and captivating your look, the more magical the experience will be. To preserve the glamour of the evening, we kindly ask that guests refrain from wearing casual attire, including T-shirts, jeans and sneakers. Black tie is essential.

Sydney in October is known for its pleasant spring weather, making it an ideal time to visit. Delegates attending RIMPA Live 2026 can generally expect daytime temperatures ranging from 18°C to 24°C (64°F to 75°F), with cooler evenings around 13°C to 16°C (55°F to 61°F).

Spring in Sydney typically brings plenty of sunshine, although occasional showers are possible. It’s a good idea to pack light layers, including a light jacket or cardigan for the evenings, as well as a small umbrella for any unexpected rain. Comfortable walking shoes are also recommended, especially if you plan to explore the city's iconic harbour, beaches, parks, or vibrant neighbourhoods.
