Exciting New Professional Development Options for 2026

Nationally Recognised Training Courses
A new qualification, the BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management, will commence on 19 February 2026. This course is open to anyone, not just records and information management professionals, and is ideal for those looking to strengthen their leadership capability in a practical, workplace-focused way.

New Microcredential
We have introduced a new microcredential, Developing and Using Emotional Intelligence in the Workplace. Online classes are already scheduled for February 2026. Delivered over two weeks, the program includes two sessions of approximately three hours each. Participants who successfully complete all assessment requirements will receive a Statement of Attainment for BSBPEF502 – Develop and Use Emotional Intelligence, issued in accordance with the Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF).

New eLearn Course
Our newest eLearn, Leading with Emotional Intelligence, is now open for registration. This is our 11th eLearn course and provides a flexible, self-paced option for professionals looking to build emotional intelligence skills they can apply immediately in the workplace.

New Advanced Workshop
A new advanced workshop, Assessing Information Security Value, is now available for registration. This is our second advanced workshop to include hands-on activities, giving participants the opportunity to apply concepts in a practical setting. The first session is scheduled for 19 March 2026.
